Jayne, the host, was wonderful and attentive. The room was immaculately clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchenette was perfect for our needs. There are very reasonably priced washers and dryers in the building across the street. Definitely recommend if you want a comfortable, clean, inexpensive place to stay near Badlands.

For a traveler for roughly the same price as the chains in Wall or rapid city, you get a lovely quiet place that’s a bit unique but still with all the necessities including a sweet kitchenette. I found this motel by researching the Internet. We wanted a unique experience rather than a chain hotel. We did not want to stay in Rapid City nor Wall. Affordability was also a factor. This is a family owned and operated motel. The town is very quiet with minimal amenities, so keep that in mind. That was actually exactly what we were looking for! Jane was extremely helpful and made sure our stay was restful and pleasant. Please support more family owned motels like this one!!
