Worst Service & Most Uncomfortable Stay Ever!
This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I booked, there was zero communication from the owner—no check-in instructions, no response to my messages, and absolutely no customer support. I arrived at the hotel confused, hoping for assistance, but there was no one available to help.
The room was a nightmare—unclean, uncomfortable, and completely different from what was advertised. The sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed, there was a strong unpleasant smell, and the air conditioning barely worked. The mattress was so hard and lumpy that sleeping felt impossible. Noise from the hallway and outside was unbearable, making it even worse. I barely got any rest the first night.
To make things even more frustrating, the bathroom was in terrible condition—poor water pressure, leaky faucets, and stains all over. The towels provided were thin and rough, and it seemed like they hadn’t been replaced in ages.
With zero response from management, I had no choice but to leave by the second day because I simply couldn’t take it anymore. Customer service was non-existent, and it felt like no one cared about the guests’ experience.
This was a complete waste of money. If you value basic cleanliness, comfort, and decent service, avoid this place at all costs. I regret booking here and wish I had read more honest reviews beforehand. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!
