We stayed at the hotel for a week. We had a nice experience during our stay (christmas 2022).
The area around the hotel was nice; the metro was only a maximum 2 minute walk, the busstops were also equally close, there were multiple good restaurants such as Resaurant Julie and Trattoria La Travernetta Pizzeria. The restaurants had good food that were fresh and cheap (good price).
The check-in process was easy and fast eventhough we came before the given check-in time and we still got a room. The lady at the desk was pleasant and spoke english very well and gave many tips and reccomendations regarding transportarion, shopping and sightseeing in Rome.
Our room was large with comfortable beds. We had to bring our own toiletries. The towels and bedsheets were clean. It was a quiet hotel despite it being a family-hotel.
We had included breakfast (bought) during our stay and the breakfast was nice in regards to the prices in Rome. It included two coffee machines, cereal and both warm and cold food. There were cheeses, salamis, vegetables, fruits, different pastries and different jams.
The staff were pleasant and helpful and always available.
However here are some areas that can be improved. 1. The interior could be changed (lighter and prettier in the common areas. 2. The cleanliness could be better in common areas.
