Our stay was fine except,
We chose the property while in transit from Texas to Nashville. We specifically chose the property because it said pets were welcome. I called and spoke to the property, and left details in our original booking request. At check in, we told them we were moving, and had our cat in a kennel for the night. After check in, settled into our room, the desk clerk came upstairs to say they don’t allow cats. They weren’t kicking us out, but our cat was not allowed to leave the room, AND we would be charged an additional $50.00.
They could have easily told us that when we booked, when we called, OR at check in. Obviously we weren’t moving somewhere else at that point since we have 2 tired kids as well, but that lack of communication was unacceptable. Very very frustrating.
