“The Superior room is spacious enough for a family of four. However, our room had a malfunctioning toilet flush and the TV remote was missing batteries. Despite having a secured car park next to the hotel with six visible free spaces, the reception staff falsely claimed it was full, even though it was only 16:30 and guests were out for dinner. The next morning, four spaces were still available. After a long drive from Lyon with tired kids, this was incredibly frustrating. We won’t be booking here again.”

Good choice in Reims
Overall was great! Good Location, new decor, comfy bed, gerät amenities. However, when we wanted to take a bath at night , we found that the bathtub valve didn’t work and couldn’t release water. We can’t enjoy a hot bath after a long day. As it was Sunday, no one can fix it but the Concierge boy really helpful to offer a room for us, although we haven’t take that, we appreciated his effort.

Excellent stay!
Excellent stay! We had interconnecting rooms for our family of 5. Best WiFi we ever had in a hotel (kept kids happy), TV allowed screen casting (which kept kids even more happy since they could watch their own movies), rooms had separator screens (again much appreciated by kids to give them a bit of privacy) and service was excellent too! Room keeping very considerate and polite, reception staff efficient and helpful, breakfast busy but well managed. Location very handy with a 10 minute stroll to the pedestrian area and restaurants. Car parking a few metres away from the hotel in a garage. Can’t fault this hotel, really enjoyed our 3 night stay!

Visited at Novotel Reims for 2-nights with my adult-son on our way to Verdun. Clean, quiet hotel, good service, bar on premises. Walking to cathedral, and to Mumm Champagne tasting. Many dining options in center of town—all walkable. 3 blocks from Reims Gare (downtown—we arriving at Champagne-Ardenne TGV and did taxi). Would be happy to stay again!

Terrible hotel
This is the worst hotel experience I ever had. The location is not near town. the room is so dirty and the capat is sticky. the bed so hard to sleep that I can even sleep. I suggest you dont stay in this hotel at all and it gave me a terrible impressions about Novertal.
