Beautiful Hotel near the Iguazu Falls
Hotel picked us up at airport. This is a beautiful property in the middle of the jungle. It is pricey and I assume most go to see the magnificent Iguazu Falls. I only recommend that you bring your own wine to the property from DFS at the airport. There is a triple markup on Argentinian wines. The pools are magnificent. Gym is decent. We met great people from all over. Breakfast buffet is decent. I would highly recommend. The staff were extremely accomodating.

Overall, the hotel location and facilities are super nice, but value for money is not given. Service is terrible (e.g., at restaurant, reception, bars staff only comes to you on demand and is very slow/ inattentive as playing with their phones, after rain in the morning mattresses at the pool sun beds are not set up again, ...) and overall cleanness is not given (rooms smell musty, all pool towels have stains) plus food tastes terrible and is very overpriced for the quality delivered. Breakfast though has a high variety and options and is good.

This was a beautiful property with the jungle around you and suspension bridges. The staff was so helpful to coorinate taxis. Breakfast was included and there were a few pools available to use. Note that all tips need to be in cash and there is no atm on property and the tiki bar and pool near the river is at least 20 to 30 min walk on property do was too far for me to go to. Overall great place.

Some issues need to be addressed
The main problems were with safety. The floor of my room was dangerously slippy because of the humidity. I’m sure that a dehumidifier in each room would help. The rope bridges between the buildings look great but when two people are on the same one it becomes an issue and I witnessed an elderly lady fall. Lastly, both lifts for our apartment building were out for over 24 hours. It’s a shame because the pool area is amazing, the location is good.
