The location is strategic, food are delicious and staffs are friendly. The only minus point is the water temperature. It is so difficult to adjust the water temperature, need to take long time to get the hot water and the temperature won't maintain, sudden hot sudden cold, hope the hotel management can look into the water system upgrade.

Upon arrival, I was charged 555 MYR as a deposit. They told me I would get the money back after 10 working days, but now, several months later, I can’t get in touch with them at all. I have written to them in several places without any response. They claim it’s due to an error in my bank that the money hasn’t shown up. I have spoken with my bank, and they say that is not true. DO NOT BOOK a stay here. You have no idea how much money they will charge you.
