Good Hotel - surrounding area not so much
Very comfortable room. Nice clean hotel with a fun bar. Restaurant area was closed when I arrived so cant comment on the food. It was Halloween when I was there, I arrived at around 9pm and had to go out to eat. There was a poorly lit grass square in front of the hotel that you had to walk past. There were four guys there who started shouting and walking towards me as I walked past. Didn't feel safe and there was no way of taking an alternate route.

Really loved our stay here, very fun atmosphere. If we went back to Prague I would stay again. Location isn’t far from public transport so fairly convenient. The bar and restaurant was really nice too, every staff member we spoke to was friendly and spoke English which was really helpful as well.

Very nice hotel. Good location, good breakfast and friendly staff. Lovely touches to the hotel that our young children also enjoyed like the pool table and table football. Our cleaning was a bit patchy: Empty creams not topped up and rubbish not always take away. Otherwise, a very good stay and would recommend.

The hotel is in a good location for visiting the city, near to several tram stops and a train station. I was happy with the breakfast options and the appearance and decor of the hotel. However, I feel my room was not properly cleaned on my arrival as I found a discarded plastic travel bag and brushed against something I believe was a cobweb on a bedside lamp. The mini-fridge in my room did not work, and despite raising the issue on consecutive days at the front desk and being told it would be addressed, it was not fixed, I was not given a replacement, and was given no indication that any attempt had been made to resolve the issue. There are also major roadworks taking place directly outside the hotel on two sides. The worked started at 7:30am and was consistently loud throughout the day, but I was given no indication that this may be an issue when I checked in. Despite the ideal location, I was not satisfied with the quality of my stay.
