Very enjoyable. Arrived by plane. Easy train and streetcar trip to hotel. Excellent streetcar and U-Bahn connections all around city. Room was very comfortable with separate bedroom and living room/ kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful full hot breakfast each morning. Safe, clean, quiet surroundings adjacent to a major hospital and wellness campus. We would definitely go back.

Home away from home
It was home away from home with the added bonus of excellent cleaning service. The kitchenette and large refrigerator was nice to have especially when you have a picky eater for a child. Dishes were also very clean. The washer/dryer in the suite was an added convenience to have. Hotel was quiet, staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a great Italian mom and pop restaurant next door. Location was great! Easy walk to the hbf.

Disappointing. Not worth the money.
I stayed at the hotel from Monday to Friday and was looking forward to using the pool and sauna. Unfortunately, the pool was empty, and then the water was extremely cold. Additionally, the sauna was surrounded by construction materials. I understand that timing can sometimes be an issue, but it was disappointing not to have access to these key amenities. Given the circumstances, I believe some form of compensation would have been appropriate.

The staff was really accommodating, the rooms were perfect and the breakfasts (and particularly the ladies running the breakfast room!) were the absolute best! Lots of restaurants close by, we walked to nearly all the museums and sites, the evenings were quiet and peaceful. Excellent hotel in all ways.
