We didn't even see if it had a balcony overlooking the patio, we just went in and it smelled horribly like insecticide. After a few minutes, "someone" tried to open the door and we told him it was busy, but we better go back to the administration, give him back his key and tell him. We said we were leaving, he offered to change our room, but when he looked us up in his records, he said that the Administration Employee who received us did not even check in and after so many anomalies we better went that night to another hotel.
If they are really interested in His Prestige, they should at least return what we paid for that night. Salu2, take more care of your guests, train your employees better and MORE Supervision.
