Diamond in the Rough
I stayed for 1 night to see a concert at Enmarket Arena. The hotel was clean enough, staff was friendly, and the room for what I needed was sufficient. Compared to surrounding options at this price point, I have no regrets. The only issue for me, was there was some minor cosmetic damage in the room and the lock to the bathroom door was broken. Nothing major. Place was clean, shiny, and seems to have been built recently. I hope they take care of the place and keep it at the current standard and make the improvements and fixes needed as time goes on. All that to say, the surrounding area doesnt scream family friendly, to me personally. I didnt have any issues, but my trip was short and sweet, so take all that information and do with it what you will.

What a crap show I went through
This is a credit/debit card hotel. I came with cash as a direct result of the storm. The manager tried to assist and sent my to CVS, to purchase a Visa card to pay for accomodations. I did that and the card would not work. This sucked up $300.00 of my $$$. After trying to rectify the situation for 2 hours. The manager stated that my debit card declined and therefore, my hotel room was cancelled anyway. What a sadistic thing to do to watch a customer be frustrated over something you told them to do and then state, "Well, your booking was cancelled anyway". After two hours and the loss of $300.00. My family continued our journey Northward. Thankfully, I had family that could help me out, but what if I didn't? Totally uncalled for.

Wrong room
So came to savannah for a getaway with a friend. When we Got back to our room friday night we were hanging out and someone tried to come into our room!!! When i called the front desk all she keep saying was i was in the wrong room. I felt she was blaming me. Instead of apologizing. There was also never any follow-up with a manager. I did say something the next day to the front desk but never heard from the manager.

I think there may be better elsewhere.
New hotel, clean room, room a bit small, lobby/bar music a bit loud, bar doesn't serve alcohol, mix up at registration, not too friendly or accommodating service. 3 PM check in. Reserved two nights, stayed one - no refund.

The GOOD and the BAD
The good…. * There was a roof * There was hot water * There was a bed * There was a mini fridge * There was WiFi * Pet friendly The bad….. * Sketchy neighborhood * Uncomfortable beds * Room and shower were dirty * Beds were extremely uncomfortable * Shower pressure was non-existent * Thin walls-very loud * No vending machines or water for purchase * No microwave in room * Restaurant on premises is not good * Parking is horrible, if you don’t get there early you won’t get a spot * Staff not trained on what to do in emergencies (fire alarm went off due to a kitchen fire and the maids didn’t know what to do, where to go or how to direct elderly and clueless people) * Coffee at the hotel is the worst I have ever had.

Unimpressed
This hotel has been open since March 2024 but seems as if it opened yesterday. They need to close and start over. There is no one on property in any type of professional capacity. The lobby is bare except for one employee to check you in. When we arrived at mid afternoon there were no cars in the parking lot. We thought we must be at the wrong place but went in to check anyway. We were at the right hotel….yikes!! There was a restaurant open but had no customers and the entire lobby smelled like Onions. The rooms are Small, the TV questionable … the remote did not work and there was no one to assist, there are no amenities. I guess what I am saying is that this hotel doesn’t want your business so do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. We did not book this hotel… thank you hotels.com. Pay attention and don’t waste your money.
