Their business center was disappointing. I stayed at a similar place (price, amenities, etc) in a neighboring state a few weeks ago, and their one-computer business ran lot a race car. At your location, the 1-computer business sputtered like a jalopy.
Needed to extend for a day. Granted, it was the morning of the Microsoft worldwide software glitch, but your front desk manager copped an attitude with me for no reason. Not called for, and not appreciated. I booked a room at another hotel for that night, so it cost you a guest. I'd say that based on her attitude, she's unfazed. Maybe corporate should have a word with her.
Beyond that, the breakfast was enjoyable, but the room was only a 4/5 in terms of overall cleanliness. Mostly due to the bathroom.
