Location, service, room size, everything was great! We stopped by early to drop our bags, and the desk got us our 2 rooms together and ready earlier than expected. You needed the room key to enter the building and use the elevator/stairs so we felt very safe. If I had to give one negative, the street noise was a bit loud. We would stay here again for sure!

A great location.
The location was perfect for what we needed: situated on the edge of the French Quarter at Canal Street. The suite was spacious, clean, and well decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was there were no bed linen for the sofa sleeper. We checked with the front desk and they told us where to find it but that location was empty. As it was very late we just split the queen bed linens and called it a night. I'm sure the staff would have helped had we pursued it that night. Without a doubt this hotel has become our new New Orleans French Quarter destination.

Stayed here 4 nights around Halloween, we had a fabulous time we loved our room and the convenience to shopping transit restaurants etc. The staff were super friendly if we needed anything we just had to ask. The Room was clean and well appointed. There was even a wine frig in the kitchen. The staff was absolutely amazing. The building layout is a little quirky as it is in the quarter and takes up several adjacent building with different floor heights which means there are small sets of stairs when transitioning from one building to the next. I will definitely stay here again.

My overall stay was good. The place was clean the staff was very pleasant. The bed was supposed to be a queen, but I actually think it was a full size and very uncomfortable. The pillows were old and flat. They need to updated the bed and pillows.
