Fantastic, front desk manager was so kind. We had arrived on a1:30 am flightand stayed in a motel that had been so horrible and just scary. We stayed only a few hours until daylight. I had found the Hampton Inn on line around 3:30 am and booked 2 rooms, called to see if early arrival was possible. The manager said she would know more a little later. Not comfortable being where we were, we went early. When we arrived we apologized and explained. She sent us to breakfast and gave us 2 rooms as soon as they came available. I am a Hospitality Professional and the kindness showed to us was above and beyond. She save our entire weekend!!!
