Amongst all the hotels I saw, I’m glad I came here on vacation with my children. We all had a wonderful time. The room did need a bit of updating but the comfort made up for it. Had 2 queen beds double ceiling fans, AC worked lovely, TV. Bathroom was nice. All and all, Quiet peaceful up on the mountains. Just beautiful! The hotel is small and it’s a 10 m ride to Jaco beach. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is superb and the beds are extremely comfortable. The ac worked really well and it’s clean. From the first interaction with Steven in reception (complimentary glass of wine upon arrival), to their willingness to help. I had a race and was not able to take advantage of their buffet breakfast, however the kitchen was kind enough to prepare me a plate of food that was amazing upon my return back to the hotel. Rooms were spacious and loved the balcony and kitchen option. Kitchen was equipped, but lacked some basic things like towels for hot pans and a strainer for pasta. It had just one induction disc which makes cooking tough as they don't get that hot. Its functional, but don't expect to do an elaborate meal.
