Good - Overall was fine. Close to transport links into Venice. Bad - Wifi didn’t really work, coffee was diabolical, bathroom wall is glass so if you are sharing a room with someone make sure you are comfortable showering and going to the toilet in front of them.

What was a nice place to stay, near the train station and just 15 minutes by bus to venice. Breakfast is brilliant. Bar is also cheap!

Great hotel, well positioned, no complaints!

Beautiful hotel, well located. 3 minute walk to the bus stop which then takes you directly into Piazza Roma in Venice within 20minutes. A much cheaper and higher quality stay than staying on the mainland. Highly recommended.

Pleasant enough - Great service - couple of issues

Hotel was pleasant. Service was very good. The Air conditioning was very difficult to figure out and consequently the room was far too hot for us. The view from the balcony was quite poor, and below the window there was a lot of rubbish on the roof from renovation work. A pity, because otherwise for us the room was fine and good value.

The room was too hot, apparently they only have one system to use. There's no way to control the temperature of the room. The window can only be opened up to a few inches. We felt like we were in a sauna! If you like heat...this hotel is for you. Free breakfast is ok, but could have used a toaster for the bread, you'll find better coffe outside. Nice hotel with the excellent breakfast and great location to the transportation. The main issue that we experienced is the customer service. I don't know if this is in Italian culture or the staff is impatient when providing the services. The tone, the conversations, reactions give their guests feeling of the favor toward them and definitely should be not expected from 4 stars hotel.

I stayed here in June 2023. The fridge didn't work well, it was almost room temperature in there. The air conditioning however did worked well. Large and spacious room. Shower was small and it leaked water. The hair dryer looked like it was from the 1950's. Everything was so outdated in the room. There is pretty much nothing around here other than sketchy people around the neighberhood. No food options around. Free breakfast and a direct bus to Venice were the benefits of this hotel. The staff were friendly as well.

Great location!

Great location for the train (like 3 mins of walking) but the facilities was a little bit old and not in good shape. They closed the A/C 1 week before our stay but the temperature was 22-23 celcius outside so it was like 30 in the room. We talked with the lady at the reception and she did everything for an accomodation. They transfered us in a new room with fresh air (doors open in the room) but we slept with musquitos. Maybe the A/C needs to stay open a little bit longer for comfort of the guests... The breakfast was ordinary and the coffee machine delivered cappucino with powder milk. It was not good coffee...
