Beautiful surroundings
The hotel is beautifully situated. It has everything needed. The room was OK but very small. It is also quite outdated, just as the rest of the hotel. However, the food was excellent and also very nice staff in the restaurant. Check out already at 10 am is a bit early.

Die Lage am See ist wunderbar. Der Privatstrand ist das schönste an dem Hotel und lässt einen über manches hinwegsehen. Die Gebäude sind doch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Teilweise wurde aktuell renoviert. Der Speisesaal ist neu und ansprechend. Unser Zimmer im 'Lido' Gebäude war auf dem Stand der 90er. Viel zuwenig Platz im Schrank. Haben aus dem Koffer gelebt. Hallenbad ist wohl noch Originalzustand um 1970. So alt, dass es schon fast wieder kultig ist mit den orangen Fliesen. Das All Inkl. war in Ordnung für 3 Sterne. Nichts besonderes, aber ok. Z.b. gibt es Cocktails nur gegen extra Bezahlung. Inbegriffen sind Wein, Bier, einige Spirituosen und Longdrinks. Was ja auch reicht. Das Essen war schmackhaft und die Auswahl gut, wiederholt sich nach 7 Tagen. Leider gab es wenig frisches Obst. Nur eine Sorte täglich. Z.b. nur Pflaumen oder nur Trauben ect. Ansonsten als Nachtisch immer nur so kleine Tortenstücke in verschiedensten Varianten zwar. Hab ich noch in keinem Hotel erlebt, dass es nur das und nie Pudding, Creme ect. gibt. Zum Service, im Restaurant und an der Rezeption alles ok. Aber die Zimmerreinigung ging gar nicht. Von 11 Tagen wurde an 4 Tagen gar nichts gemacht, trotz Reklamation und wortreicher Entschuldigung wenn wir nachfragt haben, warum das Zimmer nicht gemacht wurde. Auch wenn es gemacht wurde lief es nicht rund, wurden z.b alle Handtücher mitgenommen aber nur für 1 Person frische gebracht ect. Ansonsten Preis/Leistung durch Nebensaisonpreis i.O.

Sehr schöner Garten mit direktem Zugang zum Balaton! Toller Pool- für Kinder ein Paradies! Essen sehr gut, vor allem das Nachspeisenbuffett!!! Toll auch das Restaurant beim See- alles inklusive! Zimmer klein und Spinnweben vorhanden. Friseurin im Hotel sehr nett und freundlich! Souvenirshop weniger empfehlenswert. Nur für luftmatratzenkauf zu empfehlen, ansonsten unfreundlich und das Geschäft vollgestopft und unübersichtlich- Öffnungszeiten je nach Laune! Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich! Gute Lage mit Nähe zum Hafen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Tolle Stadtrundfahrt mit deutscher Info mit der Liliputbahn

Olcsó anyagokból kevéssé ízléses felújított épület, erkélyek nélkül, igen szűk szobákban! A szél a rossz ablakon át fütyül, így aludni nem tudtunk! Az ételek átlagosak, pörkölt, rántott hús, pacal, lecsó de elfogadható minőségben és bőségesen! A csapolható italok, bőr, sör, üdítők gyenge minőséget képviselnek, de állandóan ihatóak all inclusive. A partja hatalmas, de inkább a gyerekes családok paradicsoma nagy közstrand jellegével! Lehangoló a 70 és évek hangulatát idéző 'wellness "rész, apró szaunával, ahová sorba kell állni, hogy bejusson az ember! Szóval igazi régi 3csillag,ha valaki szereti a felújított retrót! Egy dolog, ami igen pozitív, nem retró, az pedig a személyzet mérhetetlen udvariasság és kedvesség, rajtuk nem múlt, hogy jól érezzük magunkat!
