Keep looking nothing to see here.
We can start with check in. The last guests took the keys. It took almost an hour and a half to sort this out. The resolution was to have us turn in a drivers license to use the building master key. We host would not change the locks. All week our stuff was not totally secure, a set of keys was out there. Not enough towels, no kitchen towels or dish rags. Not enough cooking utensils. The coffee pot is a 5 cup drip pot, not enough for 2 normal cups. The communication with we host was terrible. I will not stay with we host again...would rather sleep in my car.

My WeHost Pentagon City Modern stay was a nightmare. The apartment was dark, filthy, with broken appliances. Requests for relocation were ignored. Construction noise kept us up all night, and the dust from said construction which was right outside of our door caused dust and fiberglass to come under the door which triggered an asthma attack, leading to $3000 in medical expenses. Forced to extend, we faced $1000 in flight change fees. WeHost's unprofessionalism was evident - unresponsive, false promises, and a laughable $50 compensation offer. Initiating a chargeback, WeHost deceitfully claimed compensation, offering only $100. Over a month later, they STILL evade responsibility. I sought a refund, not compensation for fees. WeHost's lies and lack of accountability make them a company to avoid.

Good, convenient, just needs mantenance
WeHostGroup should occasionally inspect property and ensure owner conducts maintenance and other repairs to remain part of this group in order to offer guests worry-free stays. There were many minor maintenance problems with this property: 1. the leather sofa frame missing bolts to secure in pull out condiction. 2. the kitchen closet doors didn't close properly and molding broken. 3. Cabinet nobs loose. 4. Instead of tap water in the fridge, leave bottled water as the town water tasted too much like chlorine. 5. Bathroom shower faucet loose. 6. Another blanket would have been nice. 7. Pile of dirt/dust under the couch. 8. Lack of an overhead light in the bedroom. 9. Maneuvering in the parking garage with an SUV a bit tricky. Nice kitchen sink though. The apartment in perfectly located. Carol, front desk receptionist, a great asset. She seemed to work 9-10 hour days or longer and always had a smile.
