This hotel is NOT in Makassar as advertised
DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE Hotels.com have this advertised at the wrong location- it is not in Makassar it is in Barru which is about 2 hours north of Makassar. I arrived in Makassar and the taxi driver drove to the address and spot where Hotels.com had on the location map and it was not there. Local people said it is an error and not here so I had to pay for another place to stay in Makassar. I have tried to contact Hoels.com but it is very difficult as no phone number. I would like my money back and an apology and compensation for the new place I had to find. It was not easy as I do not speak the language and I was a female on my own.
