Was really good, the view out the window was the highlight and key feature which was stunning.everything else was solid. Was handy having washing machine and drier in bathroom with washing powder sachet. The little beach cove it next to was magical that evening too as was secluded and quiet. Is more a rest stop ie Te Kaha but the Hotel was good rest stop.

The resort is lovely and the dining options are good as there really isn’t anywhere else to eat close by. Really appreciated the onsite shop for snacks and the biggest ice creams I’ve ever had. The rooms are simple but well equiped with amenities but the blinds need changing and to be thicker we went in winter it was so cold so it was good they had electric blankets and AC in the lounge. Would come back again really enjoyed the warm welcome from all the staff they were all really nice and accommodating.

This is an amazing place to stay. They are renovating it so it is a work in progress but we had a great room it was clean and very well appointed the view is amazing. Had a lovely meal then a spa and swim. Used the EV charger which was very fast. Pity we only had one night as I would have loved to stay longer

Excellent Stay!
Great Service, I arrived late and they were there to check me in and very helpful with everything as it was severe weather, I got into my Apartment and it was up to a very high standard. I stay in a lot of Hotels for business trips every week and I was very impressed with this hotel. Everything was well cleaned including all items in the kitchen. It was quick to check in and checkout. The bedding was very comfortable and well presented. If you are looking for a place to stay on the East Coast this is by far the best find.

We had a great time driving to this beautiful part of the country, since it was our anniversary and we wanted to try visiting somewhere new. It was a pleasant stay when not having to interact with the staff or ask any questions about things we were unclear about. Staff could definitely be friendlier. Room was nice and it was clean. A friendly tip is to close the bathroom window for passers by. Someone looked in while I was in there! The parking is difficult to walk from with luggage as you can only access the walkway from one of either side of the length of the building, so friendly tip is to try and carry everything in one trip! The dishwasher in our room was out of order. The dinner was okay and it was unfortunate that the menu item we looked forward to was not available. The beach access isn’t great and you cannot go for a long walk on the beach, since it is a small enclosure with mostly pebbles and rocks. We would not stay here again.
