This place is all vibes without substance. They got us with the nice looking rooms but once we started our stay it was aparrent that's all this place is.
First off, the furniture is uncomfortable from the bed to the pillows, the couch in the room, the couchs and chairs in the lobby, and the pillows. The pillows. When your customers ask your staff if theres different pillows and their first reaction is 'oh we have softer pillows' without the customer sayijg anything about your stone hard pillows tells me you guys KNOW the pillows are hard.
They boast they have a restaurant and room service- yeah, until 9pm on weekdays? And everything around the hotel closes at 9pm? So if you want a late dinner you need to either get your car out of the over priced valet (which was a headache every single time) or Uber because Boise downtown pretty much shuts down at 9pm on the weekdays.
The room we had was a corner room, which you pay more for for the 'views'. Yeah the views are the condos being built across fhe street who start working at 7am, and the hotel must have been built out of cardboard and glue because you can hear every. Single. Sound. I'd expect to hear the people above me, below me and next to me from a motel or holiday inn but not a place that claims to be 4 stars and charges 200 bucks a night. The room had a sprinkler system that blinked a bright neon green light all night directly over the bed, and the AC was so loud we had to shut it off at night.
Wouldn't recommend.
