Good size room but very limited service. Everything has to be done online and staff are not really helpful. It is not a hotel really but an apartment. Location was good, right in front of a very good shopping centre and with subway options nearby.

Functional apartment with friendly staff
The apartment was in worse condition than the photos, mine had filler patches in the walls. It was also a lot smaller than it appeared in the listing. They say it isn’t a hotel but there was nowhere to throw out rubbish and they didn’t even provide any sponge or dustpan and brush to clean the apartment, so I’m not sure how you can keep it clean without access to this? The cutlery was also dirty when I arrived. Everything needs to be rented from the vending machines. The staff were really helpful which was one bonus of staying here and the location was good for access to Avenida Paulista and the metro. There is also a really great little shop/vending machine setup in the lobby with ready meals and snacks and drinks - it was so handy! There was also no safe/secure place in the apartment for valuables which I would have appreciated. On the whole the apartment did the job for what I needed, but I probably wouldn’t book here again as it felt a bit too bare bones for me.

As portas com fechaduras eletronicas são o ponto ruim do hotel, pois estão sempre com problemas e se tornam uma pequena irritação ... a burocracia no check-in tambem irrita um pouco e o wifi é nota 5, mas nada que macule a excelente experiencia deste smart hotel ... excelente localização, muito confortável e um custo-benefício dificil de encontrar igual. parabéns !!!

Apto na Paulista
Prédio com vários apartamentos. Fiquei no último andar (14•). O prédio tem um “mercadinho” com alguns alimentos e outros produtos. Fica bem no início da Paulista. Quem quiser pegar ônibus ida/volta para Congonhas é bem fácil. No Ap tinha microondas e frigobar e um bom ar condicionado.

Precisam melhorar em alguns pontos
No geral o studio é bonito e confortável. Meus pontos de atenção são: a limpeza não foi feita adequadamente, tinha um sabonete usado no box, o chão estava bem sujo e tinham alguns objetos nele (uma mola e sujeira). Fui na intenção de descansar mas logo cedo fui acordada pelo pessoal que limpa os quartos, por volta de 7:30. A moça da frente conversava com a outra em voz alta e colocou uma música no celular para ouvir enquanto limpava. As paredes são bem finas então você ouve tudo. As camas são bem duras.
