It is a good and safe place to stay, the people at reception is really friendly and helpful 24/7. However the room condition is a bit old, we couldn’t open the windows and the TV was old and did not work well. Out of the the neighborhood is amazing, such good location close to a big Shopping and the awesome Av. paulista.

Good size room but very limited service. Everything has to be done online and staff are not really helpful. It is not a hotel really but an apartment. Location was good, right in front of a very good shopping centre and with subway options nearby.

Functional apartment with friendly staff
The apartment was in worse condition than the photos, mine had filler patches in the walls. It was also a lot smaller than it appeared in the listing. They say it isn’t a hotel but there was nowhere to throw out rubbish and they didn’t even provide any sponge or dustpan and brush to clean the apartment, so I’m not sure how you can keep it clean without access to this? The cutlery was also dirty when I arrived. Everything needs to be rented from the vending machines. The staff were really helpful which was one bonus of staying here and the location was good for access to Avenida Paulista and the metro. There is also a really great little shop/vending machine setup in the lobby with ready meals and snacks and drinks - it was so handy! There was also no safe/secure place in the apartment for valuables which I would have appreciated. On the whole the apartment did the job for what I needed, but I probably wouldn’t book here again as it felt a bit too bare bones for me.

A esradia atendeu as expectativas de maneira geral, principalmente pela localização, mas deixlu a desejar em relacao a limpeza. A campanhia do elevador tambem incomoda um pouco durante a noite.

Apto ótimo o barulho é ruim
O apto é limpo, novo e confortável. Bem moderno. Porém, a comunicação Hotéis.com e o apto não é boa. Não consegui fazer o check inn antecipado, pq não tinha o número da reserva. O Hotéis.com só dá o número do itinerário. Outro problema é o barulho.. Hóspedes em um quartos próximos conversando de porta aberta … o som fica muito alto dentro do quarto. Sem contar o barulho da Av. Paulista.

A estadia foi muito tranquila! A localização é ótima, os funcionários excelentes e o quarto também. Vale muito à pena, principalmente, para quem vai a São Paulo com a proposta de passear o dia todo, pois o apê fica perto de várias estações de metrô e você consegue ir a vários lugares sem problema algum… sem perrengue rsrs
