The room was very comfortable and clean. I was in room 2 on the ground floor though which is right next to reception and the room for breakfast. The noise level at all hours was incredible. They should really sound proof the room if they are going to put guests in there. "Breakfast" consisted of mini croissants and prepakaged crackers. On one day I was trying to get an uber and was just sitting at one of the tables after finishing breakfast. Instead of asking me to leave because service was ending the staff member just turned off the light. Florence city center was a 30 minute walk so the location was convenient enough but unless there were no other choices, I wouldn't stay here again.

It was within walking distance from everything. The room was cute. The breakfast was lacking in choices. They didn’t even know we were tuer the first night even though we received confirmation and told the room and pass code for the door.

The unavailability of / tardiness of the reception staff especially during check in was a huge let down. Rooms were good size and clean. The breakfast is not available within the property they gave coupons for a bakery closeby which included only a coffee and 2 sweets. Which is not what I was expecting from "breakfast included" property

La zona donde está es muy tranquila y hay algunas zonas donde cenar que están muy bien. A mi gusto un poco alejado de la mayoría de puntos de interés, ya que o andabas mínimo unos 20 minutos o cogías autobús, que paraba relativamente cerca. La limpieza de la habitación dejaba mucho que desear, nada más llegar encontramos unos pantalones cortos sucios dentro del armario, el frifo del lavabo estaba roto, y daba la sensación de que cada vez que lo habrías te ibas a quedar con él en la mano. La tapa del inodoro también estaba completame te suelta. Las pareces sucias, incluso con algún bicho que se ha llevadobun manotazo. El desayuno es muy básico, para los niños no tienen opción de chocolate, cola cao o algo que se le parezca y el lugar donde se desayuna, a no ser que te toque en la terracita, es muy incómodo. El primer día no nos hicieron la cama y al llegar a la habitación esta estaba abierta, afortunadamente con todas nuestras pertenencias. Tampoco reponían los jabones.

En realidad nunca fui al hotel, porque tuve una emergencia y tuve que regresar a mi país y el hotel tuvo cero flexibilidad, entiendo que había un lineamiento de cancelación, pero las urgencias médicas son impredecibles y no pueden agendarse, por lo que deberían tener un poco más de flexibilidad. De las dos hoteles que tuve que cancelar con ustedes, fue el único que no acepto hacer una excepción
