As a solo traveller this was a great hotel. Staff were very helpful with directions, rooms were clean. What I liked most was the location - 5 min walk to main Ao Nang beach strip and many dining and shopping options nearby.

The stay was disappointing for the price. If you ask me, not worth the price at all. Room service was very inconsistent. They kept changing what was provided, and I only received some blue towels (apparently for pool use) after the second cleaning. If those are meant for guests, they should have been available from the start. Not a single time did I get refill on cotton swabs. It smells like sewage from the shower drain, and the sink drain is clogged, which causes soap residue to build up and makes it unpleasant to use. I’ve had to spend time letting the water drain little by little to avoid the residue sticking to the sink, which has been very annoying. The balcony door couldn’t be locked, which felt very uncomfortable as a woman traveling alone. The shower has no handheld showerhead, only a fixed one in the ceiling. They do provide a shower cap, but that doesn’t solve the problem , your face still gets wet, which is annoying if you have makeup on and only want to wash your body. The pillows are extremely high and hard. I couldn’t sleep on them and even got ear pain. The pain you get if you’d slept on a table or any hard surface. If you like sleeping with you neck bent, these pillows are for you. There’s also a steep hill leading up to the room, which became quite tiring to walk every time. I didn’t try the breakfast or the pool, so I can’t comment on those, but overall, the stay did not meet expectations.

The grounds, infinitely pool and staff were outstanding! The room was…basic. We were provided two bath towels, no hand towels or wash rags. But honestly, for the price I didn’t expect much. I would say this though: the sheets seemed like they could use an upgrade, as there were some light stains and hairs found in the bed. But-amazing location, great pool and incredible staff out-weigh some of the minor things.

We stayed here for the first leg of our honeymoon. The room was spacious and had a great view of the mountains and the ocean. It's located very centrally in Ao Nang, but yet it's private and quiet. We never tried the restaurant as it was quite expensive and never had any guests (bad sign). There were so many great places to eat nearby, so that was not an issue for us. The cleaning staff was very friendly and did a good job cleaning the room. We did ask the reception for advice on how to get around and they couldn't help us which we found a bit strange. All in all an okay place to stay. The place has great potential but could use a bit of maintenance.

This property is located right at the heart of the town, with most places being within a level walk, such as the departure point for boats to Railay Beach, the night market and the many restaurants and bars. The staff were very welcoming, courteous and informative. The infinity pool is amazing, with spectacular views out to the sea. It also has a pool bar. Be warned, it is a steep, albeit short, walk up to the infinity pool, but there is a free buggy service that you can use if the walk is not appealing. The gym is very basic, with some of the equipment not working and outdated. We had a few minor gripes, such as the cups in the room not being replaced following the daily clean and our patio door was very hard to close. However, in general terms, this hotel is a great choice for convenience, location and comfort.

We stayed in the ocean view jacuzzi room which was excellent. The plug was missing but the maintenance team sorted that immediately. Being on the hill there is a golf kart which takes you up amd down which was easy to use. The view was amazing! Location was perfect. Pool area was nice and quiet. The pool itself wasnt nice to swim in, too chemically on the eyes. The staff at the pool were clueless to say the least, although very polite. No organisation, half the menu unavailable and it seemed like most of our drinks were brought up from the main hotel so a slow service. Seems like a reflection on management n9t staff itself. Breakfast was awful! Check in and out was easy. Laundry service was also great.

• Cleaning room: bloodstain On floor when we moved in,still there Moving out. Comes 16-17 in afternoon, too late. No cleaning in bathroom for 3 weeks, had to do it ourself… • infinity pool: leaves, band-aids, suncream etc in water, have to order at the bar - nobody went around taking orders, no staff cleaning food/glasses trough the day, no Music or towels to lay on, order food and wait around 1 hour. • Mood coffee bar: Nice place but then cant evnen make café latte… • Staff: very friendly but slow • Sent e-mail before we went wanting to upgrade, never Got a reply • Breakfast: cheap. Not a single Thing was good. Toastbread and watered out orange juice. Went out paying for it every day.

Very well located. Great staff. Lovely breakfast. Infinity pool is located high up on the hill so has amazing views. Room was large and bed enormous. Great views. Beautiful lush grounds. Bathroom and shower were very nice too. Pool and beach towels were thin bits of cloth. Only 2 pillows on the huge bed. Needed 4 . Balcony was not private at all. Day bed has no cover on it and mattress had some stains on it.

This was my second time in Krabi. This resort was perfectly located and we had an enjoyable time over all. Most of the staff was very pleasant, and for being in a foreign country and perfectly sufficient English skills (if you expect more, consider where you travel). The pool was beautiful, tons of loungers available and good bar staff. We had no issues with walking around the resort, and getting golf cart assistance when needed. The room service was delicious (though they were the only unpleasant staff members we encountered). I saw reviews mentioning flies and this and that, again, reconsider where you are traveling then. I take a few points away, largely because this is just not a 5 star resort and I don’t think they are trying to be. We did book the cheapest room available. It was clean mostly, the bathroom is mostly what feels dingy and out dated. Shower wasn’t super clean and the shower head (rain shower only, the worst!) was spewing in all different directions. The girls get it. My only, and largest complaint would be the wifi. Again, I know I SHOULD consider where I am traveling. But I have never had such issues in traveling Thailand. I am a remote worker, so it was a bit frustrating. Was hardly ever strong enough to watch any media, and with 2 of us in the room only 1 device would sort of work on it at a time (streaming/media) Overall, with my budget and love for travel I would honestly come back for the price and what we got.
