Reception officers.
The hotel reception staff are incompetent, I had a reservation at Bergström Hotel Lüneburg, and the staff couldn't find it, but kept talking about the name of the hotel chain, which is strange, because the hotel has more than ten names on the hotel website! Maybe the staff should be trained, and tell the other names too! There should also be clearer name signs in the hotel area, because the hotel is in many different buildings.

Hotel complex is like a maze and it took me a while to find reception due to lack of signposts. Only complaint about the room was that the pillows were too soft and gave no support and the duvet was way too thick for summer. Good AC in the room. Breakfast was good.

Picturesque hotel in a lovely town
Our main reason for booking this hotel was the proximity to Hamburg and it was within walking distance to the train station. It's location on the river was picturesque and it was close to all amenities and restaurants. Parking whilst provided was difficult, as parking garage and parking spots were extremely tight, even for a small car. Rooms were average size, which is understandable for an older building, but the beds were absolutely awful (sagging) and uncomfortable. There was an indoor swimming pool that was beneficial after a day of sighseeing.

This commentary is based on our second room .The first room was situated in another building,connected to an event hall.It was not clean,had no functioning A/C,and had french balcony,but closed,and adjacent to a backyard with some kind of industrial building. Like when i want a specific food they cant recommend anything except their own restaurant which does not have what i want.. this is rhe same patern.. the employes are not helpfull or have little knowledge of the town
