This was my second stay at this property, and while my first experience was good enough to recommend it to my family, this visit was an absolute letdown. We were shocked to find no towels in our rooms. On a holiday weekend, knowing the hotel was fully booked, how could they not be prepared? We had to resort to borrowing towels from each other’s rooms, and despite being told repeatedly that towels would be ready "in 20 minutes," that NEVER happened. The desk staff's dismissive and nonchalant attitude only made matters worse. This was beyond frustrating, and it’s clear this property doesn’t prioritize its guests. We will not be staying here again.

Our first room felt like it was under construction, the door to the bathroom was falling off the wall. There was mold in the bathroom around the sink and in the shower & black hair everywhere in the bathroom. We also found hair all over the pillows and in the bed, the entire room just felt dirty.

Staff was nice but overall the place needs to be deep cleaned and lots of repairs. We will not be staying again. We were very disappointed in this property.

When I arrived, the room I reserved was not available. The friendly staff ant the front desk accommodated a lesser room close to what I needed. The shower had no soap and hair products. Asked to have some brought up, it never made it. House keeping never cleaned room. Breakfast staff was amazing. Probably will not stay again.

We had prebooked 2 rooms, once we got there the rooms had been given away. It took over an hour to remedy this problem. They had to call the manager to come in from home to fix this problem. Once we got to the rooms there were sheets missing for the pull out in one room and dirty sheets on it. No shampoo or body wash left in the bottles in the shower. The toilet seats were too small for the toilets. Phones didn't work. All little problems, but a lot of them.
Also, call the property first to get the correct address, as the address on the booking, website and Google Maps is not the actual address.
Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly, just not trained properly.

This place was a disappointment from the start. We booked and noted that we needed an animal room. We go to check in and tell us no we didnt while I had it pulled up on my phone saying we did. They got us a room. As soon as we walked into the room we were amazed at how lazy it was put together and cleaned. Grout smeared over tiles, hand prints on mirrors, molding missing from doors, sticky floors, and just looked like they built the place in two minutes. Went to shower the next day and turned the water onto the cold setting. Nope. Burning hot. Within 30 seconds the water went from cold to boiling. Burned my hand trying to turn it off as fast as possible. The amount of steam from it filled the room and set all the fire alarms off in the building. Told management right away. They said fire crews still had to come. They investigated our room and the front desk woman said oh we didnt find anything that was yours that was a fire hazard. Explained again that its their faulty shower and she just shrugged and walked away. Other guests outside said that this was a reoccurring issue on the second floor which is where we were. Safe to say we will never be back. Its a shame cause the room is a great size.
