uncomfortable
When i got there I had to ?pay my deposit in cash and I felt uncomfortable with that but I did get it back in cash without them even checking the room. The heat wasn't working properly.I was not happy with this experience.

Awilda, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Better than expected. Room was updated and even had a full size fridge. Loved how convenient it was to the restaurants on either side and even across the street. Tanger was within walking distance but we drove so we didn't have to walk back with bags. There was beautiful hot air balloons in the air both days we were in town. Will definitely stay here again. Only two negatives, no breakfast of any kind and the pool was dirty.
Stacy, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

I want a refund for this, there was blood on the bathroom floor, mold in the vents, bugs on the floor, everything was dirty, checked in the room and then immediately left, this was beyond ridiculous, this hotel should be removed off of Expedia. I want a refund
Jon, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Just a Little too small and beds were Creeky and Small. Bedding was Dirty Looking.
Leann, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The staff was very friendly, but the other guests were very loud- the hallways did not smell good and someone was smoking and we had a non-smoking room but the smoke carried down the hallways- very disappointing.
Carolyn, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room was clean and everything was in proper order. The bed and pillows were hard as a rock. The hallways and lobby smells like sweaty feet. But for a cheap one night stay, the room wasn’t bad.
Christian, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Could be better
The room smelled funny like musty water. Mold evidence in shower. No Coffee maker. TV way too small The fridge was Gigantic
Raymond, 1-night trip

Smells like smoke. Don’t go there unless you’re looking to stay for an hour or two.
Peter, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Visited in June and pool was not filled. Hallways are dirty with trash cans overflowing that were not emptied the entire weekend I was there. Room was clean. Location is convenient and walkable to a few chain restaurants.
Tara, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Dirty and smelled.

Sean/Shawn “I apologize for spelling at the front desk is an awesome man. Five stars service amidst the renovation and opening up the pool. All I cared about was 2 things. A Ice Cold room & Accepts dogs. Sean and his team, They accommodated both.
D, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

It was so dirty, walked into the room and walked back out to get a refund.
Courtney, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very clean and recently renovated rooms. Had a regular sized refrigerator as opposed to a tiny dorm fridge. There was, as well, a counter top with sink beside fridge. However, the sink had yet to be hooked up for use. Overall I was pleased. It's a step in the right direction and hopefully the cost of upgrade will keep the type of people out who previously decreased the property value.
Glenn, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Bed lining was stained and had blood stains. No towels in room when we arrived, had to call and ask. Room not cleaned well and smelled musty. Hotel outside smelled like urine.
Tessa, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Okay but there’s extra fees not listed
The hotel is a little run down and looks like it houses a lot of long term stays. We arrived and were asked for an additional $100 deposit that wasn’t mentioned on the listing and there’s $150 for extended stays. We were only given one room key and had to go back to the desk to get the key fixed because it wasn’t working and the room was kind of dirty and the refrigerator barely worked but we didn’t have another option because things were booked and we just stuck it out for the night. Okay for one night but there were people fighting and pounding across the hall and it didn’t feel super safe
1-night trip

6/10 Good

The bed mattress was not comfortable.. it appeared that the box spring was broken. The room is outdated.
