Quarto ok, prédio top, com academia, mercado, área de estudo, lazer e bem localizado. Mas quarto mal dividido (da mesa de jantar se vê metade da TV,) , barulhento pois fica no segundo andar e de frente pra rua. É também fica em cima de uma academia, e a música começa bem cedo. Mil vezes melhor que ibis. Mas fique atento ao barulho e falta de privacidade (janela da pra rua)
