I stayed at this hotel for a short business trip, and for all intents and purposes it was OK. The staff were helpful, and one of the doormen was exceptionally quick to assist with anything.
However, there are some small details that would make me explore other options next time I'm in Bangkok.
E.g. the water in my shower was either extremely hot or extremely cold, it wasn't possible to get a good balance. Additionally, regardless how strategically I placed the shower curtain, water leaked all over the bathroom. The water in the kitchen sink and bathroom basin were both only cold.
The air-conditioning is really loud, so if you're a light sleeper it might annoy you.
There was a jumping bug on my bed, so I just wonder where there might be more.
The wifi router was unstable, and i complained in the evening. After 12hrs it still wasn't fixed. The next morning I informed them again, and the situation could've been handled better instead of disturbing me again.
The room service order was wrong, and instead of correcting it they told me if i wanted what i ordered, it would take "a very long time because they're very busy".
The sheet changing policy seemed inconsistent, and isn't stated anywhere clearly that I could see. On my third day it wasn't changed.
Even though the room offered a small kitchen, no pots/pans, bowls, or cutlery are provided.
