My experience is Terrible.
Room is very hot no matter even I had lowered the temperture, the system did not work, I needed to open the window every night so that I could sleep.
Secondly, The b hotel could not find my room reservations records, I needed to inform Hotels.com to investigate and talk to the hotel directly, hotel finally had to input my booking record manually. The B Hotel system is very unreliable.
Thirdly, since hotel could not find my booking record, I had to book again in order to make sure I had room to stay. Later, hotel could find my all bookings records. Very unfortunately, Hotel cancelled my room bookings by mistake, they wrote me an apology letter, I had to rebook the room again, of course, the room costs was different and I had to pay higher room costs which was VERY VERY unfair to me because hotel cancelled all my bookings by mistake. The whole experience with such hotel is very bad and disaster to me.
