The place is nice.Have no complaints. The only thing is the food. Everything tasted so salty and the alcohol drinks seems like watered down. Another thing is the fare from Cancun airport to the hotel is $60 / person one way for a 25 minute drive.But overall we had a pleasant stay.

Customer service was great. Food was fine, Mexican food and the Hibachi were the only good restaurants. Plumbing issues two days in a row, lighting in the room was faulty hence couldn’t get great sleep, and activities in/by the pool were entertaining, but pretty short lived.

We had a great time here, The only thing I wasn’t fond of was the amount of children in the infinity pool at the bar it would’ve been nice to have a designated time for adults only. Beautiful resort and extremely friendly, helpful staff.

The staff and service at this resort was nothing short of excellent, 10 stars if I could. Our premium deluxe room with plunge pool gave us preferred access because we booked through expedia. The private pool provided us with great entertainment and relaxation away from the main area, especially in the afternoon. The preferred access allowed us to enter the lounge directly across from our room, which provided great breakfast options. The resort is a little dated, but comfortable nonetheless. The areas directly outside the hotel arent developed or convenient for for a night out, but a quick cab ride will get you into Puerto Morelos for dinner or local shopping. The STAFF!! The staff was spectacular! Javier and Victor were the best poolside hosts and Enrique was the most amazing waiter at the Seaside restaurant. Overall, the staff across the resort were always professional, friendly, and ready to provide top notch service at anytime. I truly enjoyed their service, patience, and good nature while dealing with so many guests. Overall, I would visit this resort again, it was a great experience!

Property was ocean front and everything was close and easy to walk to, not a huge resort which I liked. Very family/kid friendly. The kids club was a good option for kids to enjoy something other than sun, water, beach. We loved the plunge pool, it was definitely worth the upgrade. The room had an interesting shape so there isn’t a lot of room for kids/family to move around. We were traveling with an infant under 1 so had a crib and suitcases - we arranged the room to work for us. Bathroom is large and beds are comfortable. The staff at the resort very friendly and helpful. Check in was so easy and quick. The sandy beach is beautiful and ocean calm. Some seaweed but clear areas in the water to enjoy. We saw several people snorkeling right off the beach and there is a coral reef close to the shore. Food was delicious at the restaurants, buffet, and room service. Overall it is a great resort and would recommend.

The property is fine but the staff is untrustworthy, a large sum of money was stolen from my room out of my backpack which means they were going through my personal items, staff didn’t seem to care much and gave us a direct email to communicate with after they do their “investigation” and they have not responded once when they promised at least an update, it’s been 3 months now. Plenty of other beautiful places in Cancun to spend your time and that are more fun from my experience, I’d pick anywhere but here.

Everything was beautiful! The only issue we had was on the last day we almost missed our transport to the airport because we were waiting on them to bring our bags to the front. We called several times but I assume they were very busy with check ins. Overall everything was beautiful. We saw 4 wedding on the property which was amazing to see how they turned a common area to wedding venues.

The resort was amazing, everyone was fantastic and so friendly and polite. Staff made sure you had everything you needed. There was a booth for excursions and so many opportunities to do something fun! The property outside was a little rough with potholes but there isn’t much reason to leave!
