Good Value
Clean hotel. Hot water for showers. Not the most comfortable beds, all though it was clean. No frills hotel, good for a trip that has you up and about all day. Centrally located.

Clean, nice and quiet.
The location is very convenient to see death parade. 7-11 store and banks are around the corner. Room is clean and parking is included. room #317 is big with two queen beds and two full bathrooms.
Front desk answered me all the information I wanted. You have to pay for breakfast.

Hotel was good for the value. Staff was friendly. The room had an extra floor fan which was a nice touch. The bathroom could’ve been cleaned better, there was hair on the side of the toilet and the towels were stained. Luckily I travel with my own towel. The linens were also stained with black marks. Overall, for the price it was ok and it was a walkable distance to Avenida Juarez.

Great location and great rooms
Had a great stay, rooms were clean, receptionists and maids were friendly, and location was ideal. Only complaint I had was I wish the room was soundproof since you can hear from outside the windows and room. But overall enjoyed the stay and will come again!

Three days in to a five day stay, they replaced clean pillowcases with dirty ones, they replaced the sheets with holes with sheets without holes, and the replaced towels had holes, the hair dryer did not work, The room had no heat or air other than an oscillating fan with heater on a stand; the rooms/furniture are from the 60’s, other than a 10 year old televisión, probably have never been updated.

Hair on the pillow, hair in the glass cup
Pro:
The hotel is located in the historical center.
Cons:
The sheets are ok, but there was hair on the pillow, and hair in the cup
The room key card fails during the stay and requires a reactivation at the front desk
The neighborhood is not safe after night, a robbery happened right in front of my eyes (not the hotel’s fault though)

No Air Conditioning. Even though there were fans provided, the room remains about 78 degrees throughout the night. Other than no A/C the hotel is nice and very well located for sightseeing. Staff is very nice.

Ok
The location is good and the hotel at a whole give a nice impression. The bathroom was worn but they have renovation in progress when that is finished it will probably be good.
We only stayed one night for a stop over and can't say much about the service, check-in went smooth and bellboy helped with storing suitcases after checkout and called a less expensive taxi to the airport.

Great location, needs some updates
Rooms are nothing like the picture in the website, felt old, no AC whatsoever. Broken bathroom handle and even though we were a group of 4, only 2 towels were left. Called receptionist for more but never brought it. Beds are not as comfortable as I would've liked.
Location is great, close to Metro Juarez and Bellas Artes, lots of shops and restaurants around.
This said, i'll give it a 6.5/10. I could give it another try in the future to see if they have improved.

the rooms are very old and the hotel is only posting the few remodelt rooms they have. This is kind of cheating but... Okay.
The most annoying part is, that the heat is so hot at the room, that you have to open the windows all day and it won't leave until next morning. Opening the windows is a problem to, because all nights in other rooms the TV was running very loud. I would never recommend the hotel to people, that like to have a calm an quiet night.
But the rooms are very clean an the hotel stuff is very kind
