Perfect weekend getaway!
Have a wonderful stay at Petit Soleil! Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Close to all the shops and restaurants, downtown is in walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

Favorite spot in SLO

Nice facility and courteous staff. It is nice that they are dog-friendly for some rooms (though we didn't take advantage on this trip). The only problem is that there is not enough parking for this number of rooms. We had to park two blocks away, which shouldn't really be necessary given the room pricing. There is an adjacent lot which I understand does (or did) belong to the same ownership, but it was blocked off during our visit.

This is a lovely property, helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast, nice linens and comfortable bed. Not enough parking due to construction, but still inconvenient for guests arriving in the evening when the few spaces were occupied. We had to park on a neighboring culdesac. I'd go back again for the biscotti! Arrive early to get a parking spot and then just chill.

The BEST staff we have encountered on our California road trip - happy, helpful, attentive, keen to please. Each member of the team, without exception, was fab.! What an unexpected delight!! We checked out and before we were on the road to return home I was already booking a return visit. The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. The happy hour with charcuterie and wine in the courtyard was so lovely and the smell of baking/cooking in the morning and the homemade breakfast was insanely delicious. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed and location was convenient to everything in SLO. My son is attending the university and Petit Soliel will serve as my home away from home for the next four years. Thank you for a wonderful visit.
