My husband and I had a weekend getaway to Whitecap. Although the room was "dated" it was clean and comfortable.
Staff was very friendly and we really enjoyed the restaurant/bar.
The hot tub was also a highlight of our trip.

Adorable place to stay with very good, friendly staff. The setting is quiet and secluded. I would recommend this place for a visit. Also Lipskeys up the street is a fun, friendly bar with good drinks and pizza!

Nice size room, clean, comfortable beds.
Requested new towels daily in bathroom, this never happened. We had to go to front desk to get towels.
Restaurant and bar were not always opened until posted hours.

The vibe of the property was fantastic. We had a room facing Weber Lake. It was great to wake up with the view. The staff were exceptio al. It was a pet friendly lodge....we couldnt have asked for a better experience for our puppies first outing. The staff were wonderful with all the animals. Id say, the puppies got lots of lovings and were bery pleased.

Very strange room set-up. Connecting room without locking doors- very creepy. Room was wide open space with barely anything in it. Worst pillows I’ve ever tried to sleep on. No breakfast. No lighting in parking area.

Okay stay
The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. My only complaints are that the pool was very cold (I couldn’t even swim in it) the walls were paper thin (I could hear every word from next door) and you had to use your own streaming services in order to watch TV.

Pretty location. Needs additional updating.
Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with some updating, but small and needed a few more amenities such as a clock, charging station and much better lighting. Room not very soundproof and the tub was not usable as it didn’t seal. Room was upgraded the second night due to water issues. That room was great but I’m certain it would have cost much more. Bring your own basic food and drink as there isn’t anything close by. Ate at on-site restaurant two nights. Fish fry was bad.Deep fried fish was greasy and fishy tasting. Pizza the second night was very good. Good place if you’re willing to pay for the more expensive rooms but I don't recommend the deals. We originally had a queen deluxe and it was not a good choice.

Slice of Heaven
My stay at White Cap mountain resort was nothing short of amazing! The scenery there is absolutely breathtaking. The staff was super friendly. From the gentleman that checked me in and gave me all the waterfall brochures that I made sure to visit, to the young new bartender that had an amazing personality. He was very engaging and knew how to keep a conversation going, to the front desk girl who was super sweet and helpful. I was looking forward to taking a bath after a day of hiking. The stopper on the bathtub was not working properly and would not keep water. They upgraded my room without hesitation. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

Strongly recommend!
We loved our stay here. Cute little resort in the mountains with comfy rooms, a nice bar/restaurant, and a poll/hot tub. Would 100% stay here again if in the area. Beds were very comfortable. Fridge, coffee pot, and microwave included in room.
