Clean. Convenient. Close to Transport
Amazing place. It's in a very convenient location close to public transportation: smooth check-in process and clean rooms. The staff are approachable and very accommodating.

Spend a bit more and stay at a proper hotel.
Just spend the extra and book a proper hotel. There were hairs in every bit of bedding, towels and sink. The toilet had a leak and caused a sewage smell. Hotel has refused to refund after I check out early. It’s cheap for a reason but basic cleanliness shouldn’t be negotiable.

Terrible beds but the location & service were good
The worst hotel bed I have had in a long time. The room was also quite dirty (the rug). The first night we couldn't sleep at all and I sent several emails during that night and the next day we got to change rooms so I will add some stars for the service. But the rooms were awful... the location was good but that was it. I have stayed in Budapest quite a few times before and uaually stay in the same neighborhood, but my usual spot was sold out unfortunately.

It was fine
In particular, the location was good, just 10 meters from the metro. On the other hand, the room was a bit noisy with a busy street just outside. Maintenance is needed on a few things in the room (the door lock, the card socket, the AC, and a beeping safety box).

Mattress was 2cm thick and it was like sleeping on a bare floor. The traffic noise was shocking. Breakfast was cold.

Honest review
Very cheap very convenient within 10-20 minutes walk of all the sights too see everything absolutely perfect only downside was the was was a foam mattress not an actual mattress but you get what you pay for and for the price and location no complains at all within 5 minutes of Szimpla Kert and Instant Fogas

Good for a short stay for flexible customers
Friendly and aproachable stuff. However, rooms need renovation long time ago and room was dusty, greish colour stainted bed linen and mattresses, extremelly uncomfortable pillows. Rooms was warm though.
Olga, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

After taking the shower, water is pretty accumulated on the floor and spilled over the shower cabinet. I don’t know why the reason but the other person cannot take the shower. Ot was so terrible. Never ever i would like to stay this hotel.

Pleasantly surprised.Very large room compared to other places we stayed in Europe. No toiletries so be sure to have your own.My only downfall was that it was warm and they did not allow us to use the remote for the heat pump so we resorted to opening the window but there was a lot of traffic noise so that didn’t work too well.

Ok for the price
Waiting 30mins at the reception to check in. Staffs barely speak English. The room itself looks fine just very dirty. The bed is not a bed, the mattress is so tiny. The bathroom is good. For the price it is ok but I wouldn’t stay more than 2 nights. Also we were staying next to a room that was being renovated and the workers started at 7am!!! Impossible to sleep. On a good note location was amazing

My unpleasant stay
The room was comfortable and spacious with an excellent view of the square outside but the breakfast was horrible. There was no coffee or tea available or even hot water so I couldn’t even make my own. All the hot food was cold and there were used and dirty plates, cups and cutlery everywhere. Big let down! Plus, I almost got locked out of the hotel on my last night. Kept ringing the buzzer and no one in reception would let me in for ages. Got very scared that I’d be out on the street all night. Was not happy.

Didn't have hot water for a full 24 hours which made showering difficult and it wasn't fixed when they said it would be

8/10 Very good

The biggest and probably the only pro of this hotel is its location. You can literally reach anything within 10 minutes from here. A lot of shops, bars and good connection to public transport. If you stay during the winter be prepared that radiators are not functioning so you have to use the AC for heating which can only be switched on when you’re in the room hence you always arrive into a cold room. The place looks half finished and since I’ve seen reviews complaining about construction from more than a year ago I assume it’s a constant inconvenience. Bathroom was clean but the shower cabinet was leaking and flooded the place every time. If you’re solo travelling for a short time like I did this hotel is the most budget friendly option, but if you expect any level of comfort just scroll to the next hotel because it’s definitely not what you’re looking for.

I will not return here
When we arrived, it was not clean, the trash wasn t empty from the other guests. We did not receive anything for the 1 year old baby, not even a blanket, not to mention an additional bed for him. He had to sleep in the middle, where the 2 twin beds were mergeing and we had to improvise with one blanket for him to sleep well, but one of us had no blanket for the night. They don t have a praking space, the parking that is mentioned in the hotel description is Ibis's hotel, nearby, and you will be redirected to them.
