A propriedade fica numa boa localização, tem cama confortável e chuveiro eficiente. Encontrava-se limpa e bem organizada. Há uma boa comunicação com a administração. Pontos que poderiam melhorar: o reconhecimento facial libera a entrada na eclusa, mas o porteiro precisa liberar pra entrar no prédio, e algumas vezes ele não estava no posto, então tive que esperar um tempo até ele voltar pra abrir a segunda porta. O quarto tem cápsulas de café, mas não achei a cafeteira compatível. Há uma cafeteira convencional, mas devido minha curta estadia, não achei vantagem comprar pó de café para usá-la.
