Nice hotel
I got there super early and I was offered to check in early as they had an empty room. I decided to pay for breakfast and it was excellent. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I had to stay close to the airport and it was easy to take the train and find my hotel. If one has the time there is shopping mall next door but I did not get to check it out. Very nice customer service.

Great hotel in Ørestaden
Being on the 20th floor we had a fantastic view of Amager. Nice touch with the bathtib and furthermore the heating on the bathroom floot, what a treat. But how on earth, in such a large hotel can you only have 8 channels on the TV? Not one news channel was available. That was a huge letdown for us and can't really remember staying in a hotel that made such a small effort for the entertainment in the room.

Receptionist terrible. I was checked in by a (what it looked like) Latin lady. She was literally one of the worst I’ve experienced. She was arrogant, cocky and made us feel uncomfortable. Will not go back.

Overordnet var opholdet godt. Vi boede tæt på Royal Arena, hvor vi skulle til koncert, så det var dejligt. Dog havde vi problemer med Chromecast'en på vores værelse – den virkede ikke. Da jeg ringede til receptionen, sagde de, at de ville kigge på det dagen efter. Det var helt fint, da vi alligevel skulle bruge det meste af dagen på at stå i kø til koncerten. I løbet af dagen spurgte jeg ind til, om de havde fået Chromecast’en til at virke. De sagde, at der var en på sagen, og hvis det ikke lykkedes, kunne vi vælge at skifte værelse. Det var en fin tanke, men da det var vores sidste nat, og vi ikke havde overskud efter koncerten til at pakke og flytte, valgte vi at blive. Da vi kom tilbage til værelset, var Chromecast'en desværre stadig ikke fikset. Morgenmaden på hotellet var en skuffelse. Der var heller ikke mere håndsæbe på badeværelset, da vi først ankom. Efter den første nat, hvor rengøringsholdet var inde hos os, blev der heller ikke fyldt mere håndsæbe op. Derudover var der pletter fra rengøringsmidler på døren.
