If you want a clean place, no frills, at a reasonable price this is the place. I go up to Lake Placid a lot to hike and ski and I just want a clean room within walking distance to town. This place fits the bill perfectly for hikers and skiers who just need a place to crash. The rooms are decorated nicely and the water presuure in the shower is good.
