Hidden Charges
Do not stay with this company. What they don't tell you in the listing or follow up emails is that there are a myriad of hiden charges.
They require a large deposit, (not a pre-auth on a card, they take the money!) and they will charge you to process this.
None of this is mentioned at the time of booking and, as a result, they felt it sutiable to leave me standing out on a street in London, in the dark. Holding me ransom for money before they would let me in. If my wife or daughter had booked this and they had treated her the same I would have been furiuos.
I have logged a complaint with Expedia with reference to the hidden charges. All the charges including charges to process payment/deposits should be made clear on the listing and in the email text.
To add insult to injury, I am now struggling to get my deposit back.
Proceed with caution my fellow hotel bookers.
