Decepcionado. As únicas coisas boas são os recepcionistas do período noturno e o ar condicionado. As instalações são antigas. Cama dura e roupa de cama com cabelos. Travesseiros murchos. Banheiro mal cuidado. Sem toalhas. Pedi e tive que esperar até chegar da lavanderia. Porta estragada, azulejos faltando, teto de pvc quebrado. Café da manhã fraco. Sem opções para alérgicos a proteína do leite e intolerântes a lactose. Funcionária do Café sem empatia, e lenta. Nem um Café puro pude tomar, pois não consegui uma xícara limpa...

Pela terceira vez me hospedei no hotel metrópole, já esqueci pertence e poucos minutos depois de fazer o chek in mandei mensagem e tive como resposta que meu objeto não foi encontrado. Dessa vez a lixeira do banheiro estava com lixo do hospede anterior, garrafa de coca cola vazia dentro do armário, café da manhã com com pouca variedade e sem reposição de alguns itens, não serviram caldo a noite, faltou energia em alguns andares, as almofadas da cama estavam sujas, as cobertas com cheiro de usado.

O hotel tem um bom atendimento, camas boas mas as toalhas de banho apesar de limpas sao velhas e nao tem as de rosto nem tapete no box. Mas compreendo que estao em reforma pra melhor atendimento e o preço é compativel com o que oferecem. Se voltar à BH, fico la com muito prazer.

muito ruim, o amanheceu sem agua nem para escovar os dentes, o hotel não ofereceu nenhuma alternativa, tive que sair e procurar um local 6:30 da manha para comprar 1 litro de água. Em nenhum momento o hotel entrou em contato para avisar que o fornecimento de água já estava pronto. e nenhum pedido de desculpa ou esclarecimento sobre o transtorno.
