The hotel Europa is a very small hotel in a small town outside of Karsruhe Germany. If you are used to small town hotels, this one is fine. If you are not, you may be in for a surprise. There are only a few rooms, but they are all up stairs and there is no elevator. Not friendly for anyone with any sort of disability.
Breakfast is included, but it is not much more than the standard "continental breakfast" in many US chain hotels. Hard-boiled eggs, various breads, cereal and juice. Some meat and cheese also.
Parking is a nightmare. There are four parking places for the hotel on their property. Otherwise you are parking on the street. Parking in their four spaces is very, very tight and requires backing out through the entrance.
The hotel is walking distance from the Pflorzheim Hbf and there are a few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. If there is any way to avoid parking a car at the hotel, do it.
