Enjoyed stay
Quiet, clean, comfortable, large room. Older hotel with aome cosmetic blemishes. For the price it was great.

Questionable at first but great room & stay
The hotel may be slightly dirty outdoors and the interior may have some damage, but the room was very nice and in great condition. The manager was very nice and minded his own business. The price was extremely good for the room. Would definitely stay again.

Miriam Hotel negative stars
The room was absolutely disgusting. There was rotten food in the microwave and the fridge, the tv screen was shattered, there were cigarette butts everywhere. The bathroom was dirty and smelly. I asked for a different room and all they could do was give me a room with no lock.
Courtney, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Everything is good but is under construction so cleaning is not the best but on average the rooms are tidy and spacious. Management is a pleasant and easy to work with.
Jessica, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The place was neglected. The pool and breakfast areas were closed. The room had crumbs on the carpet and the wifi was very slow. The place was depressing.

Worth
You pay what you get no one at counter you have to call their phone to get them up front no breakfast but will work with you when it comes to money it's quiet little get away. Over all if you're laid back and need to rest your head for a budget this will be your spot. But if you're high maintenance you best to find a different spot.

You get what you pay for.
From the moment i walked into the lobby, i knew this was going to be a rough night. Nothing is maintained on the proprty, broken and dirty. The first room that I was checked into, the bed was not even made. The second room that i got, the cabinets were broken, a hole in the wall, and the bathroom door was kicked in. It reminds me of a half way house with all the mailboxes in the front lobby. There is garbage all over on the exterior grounds and broke down cars in the parking lot. I would recommend to find another hotel for a few dollars more.

Used panties on the room floor when I got there, smoke detector chirping, hair in the shower. Good bed and shower though

The only positive thing I can say is it was pretty clean. No coffee, or coffee pot in the room. The towel rack was hanging off of the wall, no phone to call the front desk, no alarm clock, couch of the king room we were in was stained, the mini fridge was frozen solid with ice, buttons were missing on the elevator, there was a burned lighg bulb in our room sage.

The owner of the property didn’t even know how to check us in and issue us a key to the room, no trash can in the room, no coffee pot, breakfast is almost not existent!

Wow
This hotel was a mystery to me. Yes I needed to be on a budget, however the simple things that could have been avoided were not. My room did not have a trash can. My room smelled so strong of incense that it would have had to be burned for month the be that strong. This suggesting someone was living in my room. The common area had in a shopping bag, coach roach traps and spray. (Hide that bag) The coach in my room I was afraid to put my dirty cloths on. The parking lot was heavily iced over. Cars had been parked in that lot without moving for some time.
