Excellent Stay
Excellent stay while visiting Hoi an. The staff were very friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was also great. The hotel has free bikes which we used to cycle into the old town or a grab ride is very cheap. It is also walkable if you don’t mind walking. Overall a great stay thank you.

Hoi An Treasure
This is a hidden gem tucked away from the busy main area of town. There is a hotel shuttle that provides regular free service to shopping and the evening lantern festival. There are plenty of shops and dining in the hotel vicinity as well. Breakfast was great. Spa and pool were beautiful. Staff were helpful and kind. Would highly recommend,

Great stay and fantastic location!
The staff were incredibly welcoming from the front desk to the restaurant. Our room was comfortable and clean and the food/drinks were fantastic as well. The location is also great -- there is a pho restaurant and a mini mart to the left and right of the hotel and lots of other suggestions in the welcome binder. Old Town is easily accessible either through the hotel shuttle or Grabs. We also had great experiences with the hotel babysitting service for our 3 year old. Would recommend The Saga to our friends!

Luxurious hotel with a reasonable price
Luxurious hotel with a small but pleasant pool area. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were good and the transfer to Da Nang station was a reasonable price (same as Grab). It is a bit of a walk to the most historic part of Hoi An, but there are some good restaurant options around the hotel.

Stayed at The Saga Hotel on my trip to Hoi An and was not disappointed. The hotel is a short 5-10 minute drive or 20-25 minute walk to the city center which is still convenient, but also far enough away from the tourist crowd. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, and room (suite w/loft) was clean and spacious.

We enjoyed the breakfast and the bikes very much. Without the bikes we didn’t like the location. It was too cold for swimming in the pool and because of Tet most activities were not on and service was minimal. They offered us airport transportation for a rather high fee then slapped another 20% on top of that for travel during Tet. Nasty.

Lovely property and sensational staff, nothing was too much trouble and they did it with a smile, bit of a walk to the old town so probably need bike or grab to get around, hotel does have bikes free to use which is great if you can brave the traffic.

We had a great experience at the Saga Hoi An. The staff was super kind and helpful. The room was nice and very clean. The swimming pool is beautiful but unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to use during our stay. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve had. They have different local food options everyday and everything was so tasty. The hotel isn’t walking distance to the old town but they have bikes that you can borrow to get around which is pretty convenient. Shuttles are available too. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Hoi An and highly recommend this hotel.

This little Hotel is amazing. We were upgraded to a superb room overlooking the pool. The first evening were invited to the Christmas tree lights switching on where the staff, all dressed for the part sang festive songs to us while we sipped mulled wine and tasted wonderful canapes. The staff were so good I thought they were hired in professionals! The room was huge as was the bathroom and everything was so clean. The ac was quiet and there was no noise from outside. The dining room has a verandah which overlooks the immaculate pool area and the breakfast buffet had a large and well presented selectionall hotel staff were attentive, friendly and verb helpful. We had a very good stay here, would come back again and thoroughly recommend this amazing little hotel.

Absolutely amazing and so relaxing. From the minute you walk in, you feel at home. The staff is so friendly and the hotel is very beautiful. They have free bikes ( first come first served) for going in to town, and its both safe and fun. Room was with a balcony to the pool and very quiet, real quality sleep. I can't wait to come back.

What did I like?? It is to hard to found something I didn’t like🙄. The room was very spacious. The pool is beautiful. The food was wonderful. Love the happy hour for drinks by the pool. All the staff was wonderful and so helpful. I will definitely recommend this one to everyone. 1st time in Hoi An and will definitely be back. Cost under A$2 to get a grab to the centre. I loved everything. Simple.

It's a lovely green place with caring staffs. We arrived earlier, left baggage at their place and went in the city by bike. Refreshing pool that the children enjoyed! We’ve stayed in a lot of properties in the last month and this pool has been the cleanest by far. The beds and pillows were comfy, and it was in a quiet area- our daughter felt so at home and she did not want to leave this place

We actually had an issue with room condition, so we got our room upgrade after one night. The suite room was really nice but since it's right infront of the pool, it's really noisy in the morning. The pool opens at 6am, and the kids were so loud so we could not sleep well.. I wish there was a warning sign or at least like a quite time (ex. 6am~9am) or something. Also, no tissue on the table at the restaurant. I know this is little small point but the visitor do feel uncomfortable by these litle things. The pool is really pretty and big though. Loved the pool. And the management dealt nicely with our complaints !
