The Elser Hotel is a great place to stay. There were a couple things I didn’t love, but they’re not really a big deal. The problems were with the We host or W Host, or whatever the people were called that rented me the room. They suck. They ruined the experience with their one sided communication, asking if they could do anything for me and every time I asked for something they didn’t respond or said no, when it would have cost them no time or money to say yes. They were just unaccomodating because they can be. Disgusting. Just make your reservation through the hotel so you don’t have to be disrespected by these W Host people.
