Pretty decent stay @ Ash fork
Susan at the front desk was pretty helpful and accommodative of the usual travel needs. Since they were overbooked she was kind to move us into the apartment which the kids loved. I'm not sure how the regular rooms may be but this was a pretty good and well kept place.

Overall a nice motel but a couple concerns. 1) the Wi-Fi was weak in my room and made the Roku TV setup useless. 2) the metal tab that holds in the box spring juts and I cut my leg on it. Superficial but poses a risk.

Cozy!
We love it! This place feels like home. It has everything including kitchen and dining area. It gives us the feeling of cozy minimal. All of staff are friendly. We recommend this place for people that come in a group!

Couple days in Ash Fork
The facility is very old however the room was very clean and comfortable. I was concerned when I pulled up tho that the place was closed. No lights on, no open sign, curtains closed. It was kind of creepy checking the door to see if it was open. The pictures representing the lobby were accurate but it was very dark. Lots to choose from with Roku tv streaming but you watch alot of buffering. It is the only place to stay in Ash Fork. There is a new truck in town that offers alot of convenience s.

This property looks good from the pictures but it stops there. In person the outside is run down, it is not close to any good dining, the pillows are flat, the ac sucks, it is dirty, and there was blood on the bed frame. It does not look like it was fully cleaned and you could tell there were not a lot of cleaning staff. I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt but it really let me down.

The property is cute and right next to a Route 66 museum. The room was okay but not very clean. The bathroom had a sewer stench to it. It was okay for sleeping one night but it wasn’t super cheap so I would expect better cleanliness. The parking is gravel. The breakfast is applesauce and instant oatmeal. The air conditioner worked amazing though!

There were too many flies, roaches and all kinds of insects in the room. When I told this to property manager she said flies are everywhere. I spent couple of hours to get rid off the insects and flies. Very unsafe for kids. My kids got bitten by spider
