It’s so good.
Nice stay. Close to many restaurants nearby. Staff is friendly and quick. Room is given with mini fridge & microwave. No hypes, just to the point. I’ll use this place every time when I am visiting Appalachian.

The picture on the website would have been acceptable, but reality is this is the lowest grade of a hotel because the bathroom is from the original construction. I chose not to stay and definitely didn’t want to take a shower

As a female traveling alone with dog, the first room I was assigned, I didn’t get a good vibe as there were multiple men hanging over the second story railings as I pulled up to the room. I didn’t even go into the room. I went to the office and requested another room and explained why. He offered a refund or another room on the property which had three buildings. I checked in and felt perfectly fine in that location.

We had to leave the premises we asked for a cancellation but never got an answer. We did not stay in the room. It was unsafe, unsanitary, staff was not in uniform or presentable, people around the hotel were not trustworthy and were asking our family sketchy questions. I request a full refund on this because this was not safe for my family to stay.

We needed a place to stay before heading up to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Whether it was due to the weekend or some event going on, the rates we could find were elevated in this area of North Carolina and Winston-Salem. For the price, our expectations were not met. Loud revelers outside on the balcony until past 2am completed our unfavorable impression.

The room had a musty, cat urine smell. Linens did not smell fresh. Carpet was dusty and smell. Curtains had a hole in them. It did not feel clean. Dark and dingy room. Would not recommend this hotel. Needs major renovations.

The bed was OK. The A/C worked OK. Cleanliness was OK,....At Best. Breakfast was a Joke. NO MILK at 8:00a.m. So, cant eat cereal. NO hot foods. NO Fruit. Found a yogurt and granola bar. Guess I go Back to Country Inn & Suites..... If I want a Milk for cereal ?!?!

Unpleasant stay
The room smelled of wet dog upon entering and the other room we reserved smelled of lingering drugs. Also the toilet was clogged in one room. There were no outlets to use for charging that were reachable other than around bathroom sink. The bed was hard/stiff.
