Clean and convenient little hotel.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Walking distance from Victoria Coach Station and Apollo Victoria Theatre. Remember to take your physical payment card for seamless check-in - unlike me, who forgot! Staff were very patient though :D

No hair dryer available, shower very small (I’m small myself) , I ended up at local gym for shower before work. room grubby and noisy. Staff are polite. Still waiting for management to contact me to discuss as I was not happy paying £120 for single room in condition and with facilities as described above

We were attending the cricket at the Oval. This location is an easy walk to and from the ground. The hotel and rooms were immaculate. The bedrooms are small but perfect for what we needed. The staff on reception were very polite and helpful.

Recent stay due to trip to see Wicked with my 7 year old daughter, looking for reasonable price hotel close by and found this hotel. Room was small but big enough for time spent in hotel and clean, tidy and had all that was needed for the stay. Based on prices of hotels in area would say good value for money and convenient location for Victoria station and surrounding sights

Small but good bones and staff
It was fine. The room was quite small but had everything I needed as a solo traveller. Staff were very friendly and attentive (brought me a fan and extra milk and biscuits). No air conditioning but window opened. Good location between Pimlico tube station and Victoria Station.

It was very clean and comfortable, welcoming and friendly staff. Bus stop right outside, but Houses of Paliament and Buckingham Palace are within 10 minutes walk. Plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurants just around the corner.
