No hot water the night of and the morning after. The highlight of our stay was Ms. Cathy our welcoming committee during breakfast!!! Her personality was phenomenal. The worst attention received
When I arrive to the hotel the receptionist inform that they don’t have room for me and will call another hotel to find a room for me, I don’t understand that because I haved the confirmation of my reservation and they know but they didn’t have a room for me, I insisted that they’d have to resolved my situation and I didn’t accepted another hotel because I have my reservation there, then than hour that I have arrived they find finally a room for me but not attending my disgust and I try to speak with the manager or person in charge an never appeared very bad attention
