Quarto abominável!
Quarto 18 com Cama de molas que rangia( me senti numa cama do século XVII), ar condicionado barulhenta, tamanho de cama insuficiente para dois adultos, botijões de gás ao lado do quarto, sujeira e sem vista da janela do quarto, televisão que não ligava, cama extra com colchão fora do estrado, água quente que desaparecia do nada, café da manhã razoável, salão do café da manhã apertado e mesas muito próximas em tempo de pandemia. Por fim, gerente que não reconhece os defeitos, demora a resolver e dá uma solução de troca de quarto com aumento do valor da diária. Voltei para o Rio foi a melhor solução mesmo tendo perdido uma diária.

Não fique nesse lugar!
Nós reservamos um chalé! E quando chegamos nos ofereceram um quarto de uma casa com uma academia e sala de jogos embaixo. Todo a privacidade e tranquilidade que eu queria foram por água abaixo. Eu aceitei porque estava com minha noiva e não queria causar confusão. Mas foi um jogo muito sujo. Falar que sua reserva é de um chalé, quando na verdade não é. Eles colocam uma caixa de som com música o dia inteiro, quando vc estaria lá para curtir a natureza, mas tem que ficar ouvindo músicas que não gosta Mas o pior de tudo é que eles permitiram pessoas ficarem bebendo próximo a piscina ( praticamente na frente do nosso quarto). Ficaram bebendo e cantando até 1:30 da manhã. Eu tentei avisar o staff, mas não pediram uma desculpa sequer ... Se vc quer ir nesse lugar para relaxar, não vá!

Muito agradável
O quarto é confortável, limpo e a banheira de hidro é muito relaxante e confortável para duas pessoas. Precisa de roupões maiores, só servem em pessoas magras e pequenas. O problema do quarto são as grandes formigas que transitam na área do box e da pia. Seria bom tomar providências, pois incomodam. Não me entendi muito bem com o controle da temperatura da água, estava muito quente e não consegui regular. O café da manhã é muito bom, com uma grande variedade e tudo bem fresco. As refeições no hotel são saborosas. As áreas de lazer são bem cuidadas e arrumadas. Não é muito grande, mas tem bastante coisa em espaços de bom tamanho. Destaque para a banheira de hidro próxima da piscina com água aquecida, uma hidro potente e um teto de vidro, deixando o sol iluminar o ambiente. Tudo muito agradável. O WI-Fi funciona bem, tanto no quarto, como nas áreas comuns.

Quanto às instalações, opções de lazer e localização consideramos satisfatórios. Somente observado o abandono do grande salão de estar situado no fundo da propriedade. Entretanto, a prestação dos serviços não condiz com a categoria e tarifa definidas. Os proprietários presentes em tempo integral no fim de semana, simplesmente escolheram os hóspedes a quem dar atenção ( os amigos ), ignorando a maioria dos hóspedes. Incapazes de pesquisar sobre o grau de satisfação dos hóspedes, bem como de orientar os serviçais no atendimento, que demonstrou ser amador. Por sorte, fomos informados que a pousada será arrendada, o que nos dá esperança de reversão dos pontos negativos.

Deixa muito à desejar
A Pousada tem uma área muito boa e bonita, porem esta largada. Esperava um café da manhã melhor, o mesmo bolo ou tipo de bolo, ficou de quinta à domingo. O chuveiro do banheiro ficava quente demais e depois esfriava , tinha que terminar com água gelada. O quarto e o banheiro são grandes, mas não ajudam à minha conclusão. Os itens de banheiro tb de qualidade à desejar. A área externa está bem cuidada. É uma pena, pois a pousada é muito bonita e tinha tudo para aumentar o número de estrelas . Falta uma boa gerência para detalhes serem resolvidos. Não pretendo voltar

A pousada tem excelente acomodações e localização (para os que buscam descanso e contato com a natureza), e um bom café da manhã, mas deixa a desejar no cuidado com as áreas externas (limpeza e manutenção).
