The hotel's location was perfect for walking to restaurants and other hotels in the area. The grocery store near by was also a bonus! The entire building was clean and welcoming. The room was just the right size for my quick trip.

Beautiful hotel
I'm a germaphobe and find hotel stays challenging, but this was one of the most comfortable hotel stays I've ever had. Great staff, very clean and cozy. My only complaint is that the comforter wasn't very thick for wintertime, but I'm certain they would have provided another if I requested it. Would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful stay
New hotel so it was in great shape. Service was excellent and every employee was very nice and upbeat. The location is perfect, short walk to everything, lots of dining close by and if you need to take a car service anywhere they can easily avoid Broadway being shut down and general traffic. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Nashville, close to the action. The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. There’s no recycling. The room was very clean and we had a great view of the area. Would stay there again.

Very nice…some construction still going on. Food that they offered was a little different. If they wan to serve food they need to pick more of easy comforting food. They really aren’t set up to be 5 star food rest. Need to be a little more back to just basics.

Super Great experience here at the Caption by Hyatt downtown Nashville! Perfect location, easy check in process, super friendly staff who went ABOVE and BEYOND for me, even after my stay was over! First, I ended up having to spend an extra night and the hotel made it easy and worry free allowing me to stay in the same room! Also I found out shortly after leaving my trip I forgot my wallet in the room! Staff went above and beyond to contact me and help set up a way to get it back to me since I was visiting from out of state! Can’t wait to come visit again! Also shout out to the valet team!

Our trip review
I appreciated the ease of check-in/check-out, and that they offered valet, 24/7. I didn't necessarily appreciate when my car was valeted, they decided to not only adjust the seat distance, but literally every aspect of the seat, radio station, and AC. The shower door handle on the inside was broken, so that was fun trying to close the door. The sink handle also kept falling off as well
